I had to pay a stupid tax for not asking how much a $75 filter was Also you need to disclose that there is a 15% fee for whatever, shop fees

Brought truck in for front end noise they stated it was the ball joints they fixed them I asked several times to check the pitman arm on the truck because I noticed slack in the ball and socket attached to the drag link I was told they did. They test drove it again no noise present pick up the truck the next day it was back to making the noise well the next day back to making the noise so I got under to the truck to check the pitman arm once a again and there still slack so ether they didn’t check it like they said or they just saw the ball joint boots busted and assumed that’s gotta be the noise coming from front end they didn’t check a great job on the ball joints and alignment but I will not be back to get my truck fixed there mainly because I called and stated my concern for the pitman arm multiple times and was told it’s fine which it is not I was told they did a multi point inspection which is hard to believe.

Corey was especially courteous upon my arrival for service and very pleasant with my check in. My first impression was great! Upon checkout I met John the service manager who was also very nice and helpful. Only negative I experienced was there was no washer fluid so glad I had brought my on for them to fill the reservoir and the ladies restroom had no tissue paper or paper towels! Other than that, I will recommend them to my friends and I will return for other services!!!!!
